I will utilize my PNF stretching Techniques to assist you to develop better flexibility, mobility, and performance. After a stretching session, you will move more freely, with less restriction. I will help you to increase your mobility by off loading your joints, and lessen nerve irritation, and excitability. You will see an increase in performance through slow tension techniques which improve overall quality of movement.
